Hi everyone, I am a beginner at analyzing shotgun sequence data.
I came to know that metaphlan is an excellent pipeline for analysis. but I don’t know where I can start.
so anyone suggests me any tutorial to analyse my data?

While it explains the steps using MetaPhlAn 3, it can be extrapolated to that in version 4
