Hi,
I tried to run phylophlan_metagenomic with the available database (SGB.MMMYY), but I got an error message as below:
[e] unable to download “http://cmprod1.cibio.unitn.it/databases/MetaRefSGB/releases/Dec19/SGB.Dec19.md5”
This error message appeared on not only SGB.Dec19, but also other databases too.
How can I handle this problem?

Dear Kim, thanks for reporting this.
We had issues with our FTP server. You can remove the phylophlan_metagenomic.txt file so that the updated one with the fixed URLs will be downloaded.
The SGB.Sep20 database will not be available in the updated phylophlan_metagenomic.txt file, we are working on this and it should be available again by mid next week.
