Hello bioBakers, I was trying to download some of the processed tables from https://ibdmdb.org/results but I just noticed the site seems to be down. Per the conversation on this thread it seems like there’s an ongoing infrastructure migration process. Is there an expected timeline for when the site will be up again? or is there a mirror site where I could pull down the processed metagenomic tables in the meantime?

thanks for such nice tools here to use. However I have a problem with database download.
Data download from http://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu isnt working for a few hours now.
Commands such as humann_databases --download chocophlan full humann_dbs --update-config no fail with

CRITICAL ERROR: Unable to download and extract from URL: http://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/humann_data/chocophlan/full_chocophlan.v201901_v31.tar.gz
same for kneaddata_database.
Would be nice to have an estimate when it might be working again.
Is there any alternative link to get the most recent databases for humann/kneaddata/metaphlan4?
