We have used some metagenomic data of your database and after analyzing them, submitted an article. We have gone through the judging process and have come across the problem of their unavailability from the previous address ((https://ibdmdb.org/tunnel/public/HMP2/WGS/1818/rawfiles) in revision
process.
Please advise.

Apologies for the issue. We are currently updating and migrating the IBDMDB site causing download issues.
We have completed the upload of HMP2 raw files here. Please refer to this link and feel free to post any new issues here.
