I’ve already downloaded data files from Results | IBDMDB but I was wondering if it is possible to have access to the files in PCL format. I get an error when trying to run code.
Another question is regarding the file named “ibdmdb aliquot tracking.tsv”. I don’t seem to find it in the IBDMDB portal, however you use it in your code for hmp2_analysis. Where can we download it from?
