I found that there seem to be ~300 samples missing from the metagenomic raw reads on the ibdmdb.org webpage here: Metagenomes Raw Files | IBDMDB.
By inspecting the metadata, I found that these were all the samples with external IDs ending in “_P”, with the Product field labeled as “HiSeq 2x101 Paired Lane.” All the other raw reads do not have an entry in the Product field.
Can you help me understand how I might be able to download these samples?
