can you please explain the values we get after running run_lefse.py?
Column A specifies the feature,
Column B is some Kruskal-Wallis value?,
column C specifies corresponding class where the observed effect is greater compared to the other class?,
Column D shows LDA score,
Column E shows p-value
This brings me to another question:
I may have missed the explanation, but could you please clarify how LDA score is calculated? Also, at which point in the analysis are p-values calculated (after LDA score calculation)?
Thanks a lot,
