I am trying to download Chocophlan database, whenever downloading its struck in between download. whether using command line or download manually. Please let me know is there any other way to download it. My internet speed is 1 MB/Sec.

Hey, I am able to download the chocophlan Database using wget. But now problem is its saying
WARNING: MetaPhlAn did not detect any microbial taxa in the sample.
I have used Metatranscriptomics pairend reads. I following this tutorial : Hands-on: Metatranscriptomics analysis using microbiome RNA-seq data / Microbiome
But i am trying to replicate this tutorial in our system instead of doing it in galaxy server.
