Does anyone has the first version of metaphlan_database published in 2012 ( **http://www.nature.com/doifinder/10.1038/nmeth.2066)
I have found the database form metaphlan2 tp metaphlan3 in Index of /databases/MetaPhlAn/metaphlan_databases. However, there no database of metaphlan1.
Could anyone help?
