Metaphlan3 using mouse gut samples

Hi,

This is a very ignorant question, but is there a specific database that should be used with metaphlan3 when using mouse gut samples, or is all the species in the same CHOCOPhlAn database?

There’s no environment-specific database for MetaPhlAn, all the species are included in the same database.
