Hi, i have read the article “Unexplored microbial diversity from 2,500 food
metagenomes and links with the human microbiome”. My question is if it’s already available the version of the ChocoPhlAn marker genes database cointaining the dataset described in the article (MAGs from MASTER project + >1M genomic sequences including reference genomes). If i haven’t already installed metaphlan on my PC, and i install it now, i’ll have the new database by deafult? Will its name in the metaphlan taxonomic profile report be “202204”?
Is the updated database already available as choice in Galaxy EU? Is it vOct22_202403 or vJun23_202403?
