SGB Newick file labels

Hi I was going through the Metaphlan databases and wanted to make use of the newick files used for unifrac distances. I am a little unclear on how the newick file is labeled and wanted to confirm here. Are the leaves of the tree labeled with the NCBI taxids of the species in the metaphlan database?

They’re labeled with the SGB ids.

Thanks for the quick answer Claudia. I don’t mean to revive a dead post but I was wondering why there species that map to more than one sgb? When I look at the species to SGB file and the SGB newick file its hard to resolve the SGBs into a tree format labeled by species
