Modify the colors of groups for LDA plot or cladogram plot

Dear,

I’m so sorry to bother you, but I indeed meet some trouble about LefSe plots.

Could I use the online Galaxy/hutlab platform modifying the colors of groups for LDA plot or cladogram plot ? I just cannot find the way or the options to solve it.

Please give me some help.

As far as I know, there aren’t flexible plotting options around colors. If you want a different color scheme, I think you’d need to download an .svg formatted file from Galaxy, and then use an editor such as Inkscape to change the colors of the various components. Sorry I can’t be more helpful!
