Cladograme legend order by lda value not clockwise:plot_cladogram.py

Hi there,
I found a nice figure where the legend was ordered according to LDA value, not automatically clockwise~
Do you guys have a modified version, I really like this Figure!
I did’t find parameter that control the legend order.

Hi -

I don’t think this is an option available in LEfSe. For this, you’ll probably need to take the table generated from LEfSe and visualize results using GraPhlAn, which LEfSe calls internally for cladogram plotting.

Thanks! I print out the order first and figure out the actual order, then give a list to the Short abbreviation. It work any way:)
