Hi, I write this topic to make a suggestion to improve the MetaPhlAn documentation respecting GraPhlAn, in particular, I was reading this section trying to know how to use GraPhlAn and I didn’t find the export2graphlan.py script anywhere because I thought it was part of MetaPhlAn or GraPhlAn, and only after some search I realized that this script was found here and needed to be installed also. I think that this should be stated more clearly in the documentation of MetaPhlAn.
