Metaphlan4 and graphlan compatability

Hi,
I’m having issues trying to visualise my strainphlan4 results using graphlan.

The script “plot_tree_graphlan.py” requires the graphlan script graphlan_annotate.py but graphlan cannot be installed in the same environment as metaphlan4 as graphlan requires python 2 and metaphlan requires python 3.

I can’t just create two different environments either as the plot_tree_graphlan.py script calls graphlan internally.

The last version of graphlan (available via conda) is compatible with python 3

Likely missing something very obvious, but getting incompatibility when trying to download graphlan using conda (python = 3.10) as still states graphlan requires python <3. Any ideas? thanks
