How do I find the metaphlan vOct22 chocophlan database for Humann?

I am using humann V .38 and Metaphlan version 4.06 (1 March 2023).

When I run this, it gives me an error "the metaphlan taxonomic profile provided was not generated with the database version v3 or VOct 22. Please update your version of metaphlan to 3.0 or if you are using metaphlan v4, please use the database vOct22.

When I use the command: * ```
humann_databases --download chocophlan full /path/to/databases --update-config yes I get full_chocophlan.v201901_v31.tar.gz

Can someone PLEASE help?

In case anyone needs this, I found it in the humann4 instructions: $metaphlan --install --index mpa_vOct22_CHOCOPhlAnSGB_202403**
