When using the HALLA tool on the hutlab galaxy page

I successfully got the associations .txt files and others in that associated zip file but the hallagram / heatmap in the .pdf file did not save correctly. The file displays as 0 bytes and I am prompted to reload the page when I try to download it.
Is this a known bug? How can I got about getting the figures from this analysis?
