Error when tried MSA with MUSCLE

Hi @f.asnicar!
I tried to change the MSA tool to muscle and generated the config file which looks like this:

But after running the command when it reaches to MSA step it starts to give error and crashes:

Can you help me resolve the error? Also earlier I have enquired about adding the bootstrap to the tree please tell me how to do it?

Hi there, have you tried copying the command line from line 1137 as in your second screenshot, removing the -quiet param to see the specific error raised by muscle?
