Docker image seem don't work

I have download the image of metaphlan(size 5G) with singularity, but it don’t works and report the errors:

the metaphlan_databases contains the following files:

and the report issue taking place in code may be there:

It seems something went wrong when building the bowtie2 database, you can download a prebuilt version here Index of /biobakery4/metaphlan_databases/bowtie2_indexes
