Dear all,
I am facing error when building bowtie2 index using the bowtie2-build –large-index command. The command always stops and generates only *.bt2l.tmp files. I checked for the space on my disk and also the file type for probable issues. But they all seem to be fine. Please suggest some troubleshoot.
