Hi! I’m trying to install bioBakery locally (Mac OS), already installed the prerequisite software but when executing ‘start_biobakery.command’ I get:
An error occurred while downloading the remote file. The error message, if any, is reproduced below. Please fix this error and try again.
The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
Can I get any suggestion about how to solve this and find the URL?

i emailed Lauren about the same issue. The VM has been switched recently to the huttenhower Lab’s website and it seems that the respective subcatagory didn’t get added, but they are working on that.
