I understand it might be a very entry level question, so sorry. I need to use bioBakery suite for data processing and I am not Python savvy, so I try to load the AMI as described by biobakery_basic · biobakery/biobakery Wiki · GitHub in section 8. But I could NOT find any “biobakery” AMIs in the Community AMIs list. Any instructions or suggestions are very much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having issues finding the bioBakery AMI. Can you double check the AWS region you are searching? The bioBakery AMIs are hosted in the us-east-1 region. If you search this region for community AMIs you should find them.
