Hi all
I have a very small and simple query.
While I installed biobakery_workflows successfully using PIP
Now, my point is Do, I need to install the databases separately.
eg " biobakery_workflows_databases --install wmgx"
If so, While I am trying to install, I am getting an error at unable to find Strainphlan install**
Kindly suggest and help out
