What version of MetaCyc pathways database is used in HUMAnN 3.6/3.7

Dear users/developers,

I wanted to ask what is the version MetaCyc pathways database that is currently being used in HUMAnN 3.6/3.7 ?

I checked in the github of humann and found there version v24 which is quite old (>2 years).

Indeed I think our last update was to MetaCyc v24. This is something we’ve mostly focused on updating for major releases. I suspect we will rebuild out MetaCyc files for the upcoming HUMAnN 4.0 release (though potentially not the initial alpha release).
