i have recently started using this software but i am not able to figure out which version of the database i need to install i am getting to many errors
in docker image the versions are like this
MetaPhlAn version 3.0.1 (25 Jun 2020)
kneaddata v0.7.8.1
humann v3.0.0.alpha.3
biobakery_workflows v3.0.0-alpha.6
i need the exact versions of database which are compatible with these versions
also if some new image is available as the versions are too old
can someone also suggest is it easy to use these packages individually or should i just stick with docker image
