Update for sgb to GTDB Translation File - r220

Hi bioBakery team,

The current sgb to GTDB translation file is based on GTDB r207. Earlier this year, a new version, r220, was released with significant changes—for example, the reclassification of Firmicutes to Bacillota and such.

Is there any plan to update the translation file to these changes? I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider doing so.

I have a same question.

Some of the species of my interest is Firmicutes in r207, but it becomes Bacillota after r214.

Could you kindly let me know if you have any plans to update the MetaPhlAn4 SGB2GTDB profile to the GTDB r220 version or how to build a new SGB2GTDB profile manually?

I am referring to the mpa_vJun23_CHOCOPhlAnSGB_202403_SGB2GTDB.tsv in MetaPhlAn v4.1.1.
