Reference tree downloading

Previously, I downloaded a reference phylogenetic tree from https://github.com/biobakery/MetaPhlAn/blob/master/metaphlan/utils/mpa_vJun23_CHOCOPhlAnSGB_202403.nwk. However, I can not find this kind of files in current github folder. Can you help me check please?

One more question, do the number of tip lables represent SGB ID numbers?

Yes the tip labels are the SGB #.
