Hello,

I have a question about the result.

Below are some results. Is the total value of the path at the top? If so, are the values below that have the same path the same as the result at the top?

Or Can I get path results that are not classified by species?

The community-total for each pathway is listed above the species-stratified values. The latter can be identified by the |g__GENUS.s__SPECIES suffix. You can remove those lines from the file by inverse grepping on the | character:

grep -v '|' old.tsv > new.tsv
