Hi there,
I have installed humann3 and downloaded the ChocoPhlAn database and now I am trying to download the full Uniref90 database using the following command:
humann_databases --download uniref uniref90_diamond $INSTALL_LOCATION
The download starts normally but after a few seconds, it freezes. I have been stopping and restarting that command several times but it always stops downloading after less than a minute.
Is there another way to download the database? Does it have to be installed by humann using the command above or can it be downloaded using wget or scp (for example)?
