when i try to use humann2 with the demo data, it shows the error that:
Unable to download https://bitbucket.org/biobakery/metaphlan2/downloads/mpa_v20_m200.md5
I manually checked the weblink, and found i can not find it.
Hi, you should get the latest version (2.8) from conda (conda install -c bioconda metaphlan2=2.8) or get it from the release page on Github. You have installed an older version which still points to the URLs pre-migration.
