Hi, I’m running into so many issues with humann3, I’m seriously considering downgrading.
I’m interested in the version that uses metaphlan2, as metaphlan 3 seems to be causing a tonne of problems.
Is that version of the software still available?
Yes, bioBakery 2.0 versions of our software are still available. You can install them through conda routes using the conda install <pkg>=<version> syntax (conda will otherwise default to the newest release).
That said, we’re happy to help diagnose issues you might be having with bioBakery 3.0. I just replied to one of your other threads and am working through the rest of my backlog now.
