Metaphlan v.4.0.6 assignment ignoring MAGs

Hi,

I am using Metaphlan version 4.0.6 on my project. Since I would like to know MAGs’ role in this version and the latest database, I wonder whether assigning only ~236,600 references is possible.

I’m really sorry but I do not understand the question. Please, have a look at this post for the information about the latest database (Oct22) MetaPhlAn 4 published + database update
