Just installed PhyloPhlAn 3.0.06, missing the tutorial folder

Hello, I just installed PhyloPhlAn 3.0.06 with conda, but I am missing the tutorial folder mentioned in PhyloPhlAn 3.0 Tutorials on GitHub. I did “conda update phylophlan” in case it just didn’t install the first time, but no luck. Is there a way I can get this folder?

Hello and thanks for downloading PhyloPhlAn.
The examples folder is not part of the conda package actually. But you can download them by directly cloning the repo with:

git clone https://github.com/biobakery/phylophlan.git

(which also get you a slightly more updated version of PhyloPhlAn that we didn’t push to bioconda yet)
