I had downloaded the databse (UniRef90 database) using wget command in the directory. Download is complete and I am also getting two output files but these output files have not any information. Is this problem is due to the database or something other? I am providing the biom file as input. Download database file is with extension tar.gz
Hello, Thank you for the post. I am not sure what might be the issue. Do you see any errors when you run? If so, can you post those? If not, can you post some of the HUMAnN log?
