How to stop the numbers on heatmap using HAllA

Please may I know how to stop the numbers on heatmap using HAllA?
I couldnt find the option in help.

Hi Khem,

That is not an option within HAllA. If you would like to remove them we would suggest doing so in inkscape or illustrator.

This is now an option in the latest HAllA version on github with the “suppress_numbers” flag on the hallagram command. Example:

hallagram -i /path/to/halla/output/ --suppress_numbers
