Probably a pretty simple question, I’m running LefSe with conda - how do you change the pngs dimensions with lefse_plot_res.py so it doesn’t cut off names. I’m trying with --width and --height but it says they are unrecognised arguments

I’m glad the issue was resolved, there was some shuffling around going on with lefse recently behind the scenes, so it’s possible a bug arose and was fixed. Let me know if there’s any further issues!
