Errors with Humann3 after computing gene families step

Hello,

@astrophys and I are running into errors near the end of running humann3. These errors appear to happen after the “computing gene families” step. After reading the log (attached), I am not sure about the origin of these errors, but thought I would reach out and seek advice/suggestions from the biobakery community.

Hi Lexie, Thank you for including the log. That was great. I think the issue is with glpk. If you would try running $ glpsol --help to make sure the install is okay. If it is okay you might upgrade the version to see if that resolves the error.
