Edit Maaslin2 plot font sizes

I was wondering if there are any options available for reducing or adjusting the font size in maaslin2 plots.

Hi @Negin,

Apologies for the delay in a reply! There is no built-in way to do this at this point. We are working on adding in functionality to print the ggplot object but that has yet to be implemented. At this point, you will have to replicate the figure in ggplot outside of MaAsLin to do this type of editing
