Maaslin3 summary plot shape change

Hello, i have been using Maaslin3 (excellent tool!). It has generated a summary_plot.pdf file, i would like to make the plot thinner so it fits nicely into a figure, but as it is a PDF not an rstudio object i cannot control how it is exported.

is there a way to either remake the summary_plot.pdf file using the output of maaslin3 or to get it to produce the output summary plot as an RStudio object?

Hi Will,

If you use maaslin_plot_results_from_output or maaslin_plot_results, the returned list of plots will include the summary plot.
