Thank you for explaining and summarizing the Chocophlan 3 pipeline to create the database.

Though for coders like myself it’s more important to see the actual source code for how the pipeline runs to get a good understanding, it’s a better documentation compared to summarizing the protocol in English.

Would it be possible to create a Chocophlan GitHub repository and deposit the source code? Most everything else from the Biobakery suite is open source, not sure why Chocophlan is not.
