Avoid to redoanload some DB when downloading databses

Hi,

I have used biobakery_workflows_dadabases to download wmgx database. But when I download wmgx_wmtx to doanload DBs, I found that the doanloaded DB file like fill_mapping, and full_chocophlan will be re-download.

Is there anyway to void doanloading the DB files have been there?

Hi - Sorry the workflows don’t currently check for a database prior to download. They just always download the required databases. We will look into adding this feature in the next release as I agree it would be useful to include.
