Which ORF was identified as a hit?

Hello,

I profiled a set of ORFs with shortbred-quantify using an ARG marker set. The outputs contain the ARG hits and their counts, but I am also interested in knowing which ORFs were identified as hits. Is there a way for the program to output a list of which specific ORF was identified as a given ARG?
