Interpreting Output - one hit set for 2 proteins

Hi there! I recently ran an analysis using AMR markers from CARD. In my final output table, I noticed that a single like had two predicted proteins:

gb YP_039996_1 ARO_3003285 Staphylococcus_gb YP_039996_1 ARO_3003287 Staphylococcus

They code for different subunits of the same protein (rpoB if you’re curious!), and suggest two different mutations for resistance to different antibiotics. How should I interpret this outcome, if there is only one set of hits for both predictions? Is this considered that it was an either/or for the kmer group? Or is the group getting assigned as an aggregate? Is something else going on?

Thanks for your help!
