How do I update the location of the humann3 databases? Without re-downloading them?

Hello, You can update the default database locations with the tool humann_config. For more information see the user manual: HUMAnN User Manual Config section. This tool will also allow you to check your current configuration settings. Alternatively you can specify the locations of the databases when you run HUMAnN using the options --protein-database <db> and --nucleotide-database <db>.
