I found that humann2 database is updated, but the latest version (2.8.1) cannot run these databases. Could you provide some suggestions on how to use these databases?

HUMAnN 2.8.1 is still intended for use with the original databases. The databases you found are being used to test an upcoming (new) release of HUMAnN. Can you clarify how you found them?
