Understanding the unclear Color coding of phyla in paper

Dear GraPhlAn Experts,

As a beginner in the field, I am trying to understand the taxonomic classification of phyla in this phylogenetic tree. AFAIK, each color represents one phyla. However, I get confused with the insertion of pink with two of the yellow lines. Can anyone please explain what this represents? This is not explained in the paper.

It is taken from a recent publication.

Cheers,

Dear @Subject_ID
When running GraPhlAn, the colors for coloring the tree are manually chosen by the users, there are not pre-configurated coloring for phyla. I would suggest you to contact the authors directly for details on how they decided the tree’s coloring.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it is also not clear from legends.
