Unable to write to the HUMAnN config file in apptainer

Hi,

I am getting an issue running HuMAaN3 in Apptainer in SLURM. I successfully converted the HuMAaN3 docker to Apptainer and the humann_test command works fine. However, I am getting “Unable to write to the HUMAnN config file” error when I try to update humann_config.
Could you please help me in this matter?
