Unable to download HUMAnN databases

I am trying to manually download the humann databases and am being met with Error 403: Forbidden (You don’t have permission to access this resource.) For example, I get this error when tryong to access the URL for the chocophlan database below. I tried different browsers, devices, and internet connections. Is the server down?
