Will the default parameters of metaphlan4 automatically annotate eukaryotes and viruses? Do we still need to add additional parameters to annotate these?

Eukaryotes are automatically included to the profile, viruses are reported to a separate file and only when using –profile_vsc –vsc_out <path_to_output> since v4.1.0
